Youth With A Mission

     Several youth of the Word Of Faith Christian Center in Jackson, MS and Christian Life Center of Ypsilanti, MI traveled to Juarez, Mexico on a mission project. This was Word of Faith's first mission trip and it was headed off by our youth. Also, our group was the only AFRICAN AMERICAN group to ever reside on the Youth With a Mission base in Juarez, Mexico. We had a GREAT time and experienced God on a whole different level.

     This trip has really opened our eyes to the needs of the people of this world and how much God is needed throughout the earth. It also served as a torch to re-ignite our spirits for CHRIST. We experienced so much there; our lives will NEVER be the same, EVER.  We had plenty of fun. But of course, we endured hard labor. We knocked down walls, picked through cement, dug a trench, and chopped down weeds. But, it was good because we knew we were doing it for God as vessels to help spread his Word throughout Juarez.
